What is DeMolay?

Order. of DeMolay is a fraternal youth organization that encourages growth and development of teenage young men through activities and a structured program that stresses, leadership development, social skills, community involvement and personal growth. The Order of DeMolay was founded in 1919 by Frank S. Land, With a program that is uniquely suited to the continuing needs of young men, DeMolay continues to serve the needs of its members in the State of Kansas, in all 50 states, and 20 foreign Countries.

Kansas DeMolay Foundation

While the DeMolay program is implemented at the chapter level, several important activities are coordinated and run at the State level; The Kansas DeMolay Foundation, Inc. was chartered in 1984 to help promote the guidance of DeMolays in their physical, educational, and social development through the sponsorship of specific programs in the areas of leadership training, advisor training, and other state-wide programs and competitions. All of these programs are designed. to promote individual growth and development in the DeMolay ideals stressed in the various DeMolay ceremonies.

The Foundation also provides for several scholarships each year to eligible members of DeMolay.

How Can you Help?

The Kansas DeMolay Foundation is a not-for-profit-corporation recognized as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE FOUNDATION ARE DEDUCTIBLE UNDER THE FEDERAL TAX LAWS.
Contributions to the Kansas DeMolay Foundation are used to make sure that the charitable and educational programs of the Kansas State Chapter are available to all our DeMolays and to make sure that no worthy young men are prevented from benefiting from DeMolay programs because of financial needs. To that end, contributions to the Foundation and earnings on endowed funds are used to finance

• Educational Scholarships
